Adds power where he should ( not have to recall as much) without affecting combat power.

dude riot alrdy buffed him 2 times cause they dont learn. majority of new champs has a negative winrate for the first 4-8 weeks. even before his first buffs, the ornns i saw all did amazingly and added so much to the team. now buffed 2 times, this guy is way too fucking op.

Have you actually played Ornn? He is legit terrible and feels terrible to play. His entire kit revolves around the enemy outplaying themselves. His Q E combo is very predictable. If you use your R you get locked out (ie you can't use any other abilities or you'll miss your ult). The gimmick behind his passive is where all of his power goes into.
