Yeah, except his true damage, which is still a pretty large part of his damage especially if he got sated.

He will not be affected by the attack speed or movement speed slow while in Highlander.

The percent damage reduction will still be applied to his autoattacks and his Q.

His E deals true damage and this will not be reduced by Exhaust.

His armor and MR will be reduced.

Ignite would probably be more effective in a fight since it would deal a significant amount of damage to a squishy champion like Master Yi and reduce his healing (Meditate and lifesteal).

However, if Master Yi doesn't have his ultimate up then Exhaust is crippling for him.

You probably don't need to pick a summoner spell specifically because you are against Master Yi; you would be better off picking one based on your role and champion.

oh i was asking from the perspective of support i forgot to mention

as support i know yi will be gunning for my adc so i would want the spell which would be more helpful keeping my adc alive

Ah.

Exhaust will probably be more useful in keeping them alive since it does reduce a significant portion of Master Yi's damage, even with how much of it he ignores.

Ignite is helpful for killing Master Yi faster, but doesn't really help protect anyone.

I would pick whichever summoner spell you generally prefer. As a support, your abilities are likely to be more useful for protecting a target or locking down Master Yi than any of the summoner spells.
