the "new" rework of RYZE in the PBE [the wat i think RYZE should be^~^

So riot games is reworking Ryze Ryze again... and i feel weird playing this version because it's a mix of old Ryze and the current Ryze (when i say old Ryze i mean S5 Ryze | when i say Ryze i mean PBE Ryze) Like old Ryze you use your abilities to cooldown your other abilities but unlike old Ryze it's really week but doesn't need a setup (and i don't like it). Also the abilities seem really flat (passive=more mana more damage&abilities cooldown reduce|q=dps|w=CC&mana/shield|e=more dmage/more CC) and no crazy combos. As to the current & old Ryze if some kind of stacking for a shield and hitting your combos=a lot of damage).

So if i were to rework Ryze i would have given him something like:


** THE RUNE MAGE: [passive] **

[Arcane Mastery]: hitting an enemy with **2 basic abilities in a row **deals bonus (1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of total mana) (base on Runic Blast rank) magic damage and reduce all of your basic cooldowns by (1/2/3/4) (at lvl 1/6/11/16) seconds.

[Spell Flux]: Dealing damage with abilities applies Flux for 4 seconds.

[Desperate Power]: if a target is effected by Flux and Overload at the same time, Ryze gains a shield that blocks** 30-210 (base on lvl) (+40% AP)(+5% mana) damage** for 2.5 seconds.


Runic Blast:[Q]

Unleashes a runic blast in the target direction, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+40% AP) magic damage to the first enemy struck, **if it kills an enemy restore (1/2/3/4/5%) mana **.

hitting a target affected by Flux spreads the runic blast to nearby enemies dealing half of the damage. This ability has 2 charges. (Arcane Mastery reduces recharge time)

[10 charge time | 2.5 second Fixed cooldown | 40/50/70/80/90 mana cost]


Rune Prison: [W]

Instantly deals 80/100/120/140/160 (+ 40% AP) magic damage and roots the target enemy for 0.5 seconds and slowing the target by 50% for 1.5 seconds.

additionally grants Ryze 10/20/30/40/50% movement speed for 1.5 seconds.

casting on a target affected by Flux will slow nearby targets by 50% for 1.5 seconds and dealing half of the damage.

[14 seconds cooldown | 50/60/70/80/90 mana cost]


Overload: [E]

Hurls an orb of runic energy Overloading the target for 2 seconds, enemies near the Overloaded target take 35/45/55/65/75 (+20% AP) magic damage per second (up to 70/90/110/130/150 (+40% AP) per target).

after being Overloaded the target takes 70/90/110/130/150 (+40% AP) magic damage **increased by 20% per target damaged while were Overloaded up to 140/160/220/160/300(+80% AP) magic damage. **

if the Overloaded target dies instantly deal any of the remaining damage to all nearby target** up to 70/90/110/130/150 (+40% AP) magic damage per enemy**.

[14 seconds cooldown|60/75/90/105/120 mana cost]


Realm Warp: [R]

Opens a 2 portals on the ground at 2 different target location (up to 1000 units away from one another) after 2.5 seconds Ryze teleport all units within each portal to the other one. ally champions within a portal gain +200 flat movement speed

_ Ryze cannot attack or use abilitys whille channeling the portals. _ if Ryze is interrupted the ability is canceled.

[240 seconds cooldown|250 mana cost|900/1200/1500 units cast range|400 units portals area]


i think that this kit will fit Ryze. ^~^

I like the ult idea, but I would say reduce both the move speed and CD. I like the idea you can open the first portal wherever you want and I could see this being useful, regrouping your team that got split, helping someone ahead of you chase the kill.
