shaco paasive bug or somtihng

so i did testing for a build and i found out that shaco's passive doen't proc ENERGIZED STRIKE that crit on the normal ENERGIZED STRIKE

i want to know if this is a bug or not because it is realy disapunmet that i can't have crit damage proc or warlords increase healing
