The first time Urf was released Riot disabled a few champions they felt completely broke the game.

They Should do this again.

Shaco is 100% the best urf champ. He is insane. His boxes and Q make him nearly unkillable while his E can do upwards of 1K damage late game.

Morg is nearly perma CC. you have about .25 seconds of not being CCd.

Yuumi...... Immortal E spam is kind of not ok. (GW honestly doesn't really do much. it's so much healing.)

Shaco is countered by Sweepers. Morg's perma cc is actually stupid and i believe its actually impossible to escape at max lvl without qss or cleanse. Yummi is just pure annoying if on a tank but can be countered by grievous wounds or straight burst.

I have a problem with ADC's that can one shot with autos because URF is about spamming abilities with low cd not point and click autos that do 1k each with 2.5 attack speed.
