Make the "Heal from Crits" masteries for "Ranged Only" champions

I mean, since you forced all champions to obey the Marksman Meta, why not imply this? At least this should get rid of the free heals problem from champions that has a natural crit at Level 1

And this guy who always purchases 6 like an idiot(even though at most times, it works) , plus you're making him do some extra healing from the masteries again.....
