Just thought it would be cool if her Ult could apply her passive if it was up. It would be very thematic in the sense that not only is she lining up an Ace in the Hole, but she is aiming for a head-shot as well. The bonus damage could be applied to either her base ult damage or the bonus AD damage, but not both. This would help make it not too strong. Just a random thought I had.
She doesn't need more damage on her ult. 1k damage late game is a lot especially for the range it has. She needs something less random than her traps.
or make it always apply headshot's bonus damage if it hits the intended target, increasing the value of bodyblocking it?
What if Cait's Passive Could Apply on Her Ult?
It would feel significantly less useful.
Nobody that plays LoL looks at something like Kha'Zix's isolation damage and thinks "bonus damage". Nobody looks at AP ratios on an AD as "AP is useful and boosts my damages". They look at it and see "optimal uses are much more annoying".
If Headshot applied on Cait's ult, using her ultimate would essentially feel like she needed Headshot up. Because balance, Cait likley would get nerffed so that's not entirely false as well.
