This is just NOT right...

I mean, I do understand Riot wants to change Galio's direction and make him again a tanky mage rather than a magic tank but... Come on guys, this is just over powered.

Edit: Yes I was in practice tool and tried to get as much AP as I could, but honestly I doubt that 300 or 400 less AP would have been a huge difference in terms of kill potential. If you consider it can deal 112% of max health per ticks with 1250 AP, it should deal around 70% of max health with 850 AP, not counting the initial projectiles that have a 70% ap ratio.

Also the build may be unrealistic, but i'm quite sure that with Galio's actual damage potential, being able to burst tanks, this build might not be this uncommon.
