Do you guys think Katarina is still strong?

She is still exceptionally strong for several reasons.

The largest reasons is her extremely easy ability to roam, she can go bot when the enemy lane is at half health and she has half an item, pick up an easy double kill by herself, return to lane and have ult up in 20 seconds to kill her lane opponent, or to go top and kill them next. CSing becomes irrelevant almost immediately after she hits 6, as much of a joke as it is to say, she literally starts to just farm champions.

Extremely strong, Idk how many times I've seen her with the 2nd lowest gold income on her team but she surpasses all her teamates with damage dealt to champs...

TL;DR Doesn't need farm to Pentakill.

Depends on who she is fighting really.

If she is fighting some with a leap or dash or some kind of hard-CC (that isn't tied to an ultimate) then her threat level is significantly reduced, but if she is fighting someone without any of those requirements her threat level is stupidly high due to her being able to just Shunpo - Bouncing Blade - Death Lotus

The new Katarina on PBE has no damage. Actually, I think that she's pretty balanced and she can be so abused pre-6. Post-6 she has a very good killing potential, but CC destroys her. I tried to lane against as and I assure you that it's not fun.

Depends on the comp she is fighting against. The only reason i ban her really is because she forces me and my team to pick certain champs/comps that i dont usually like that play.

Katarina's kit was made for pentakills. An unskilled Kat will go in, faceroll for a triple, and die. A skilled Kat will go in, shunpo around, get a penta, and be at full health when done. Either way she is really strong and very hard to play against as they slowly remove all targeted cc in the game.

I think it's safe to say that Katarina getting completely reworked is more a matter of when than if. They decided against the changes they were proposing about a month ago, but probably not because they want to keep her the way she is now.

How much of a nerf that translates into and whether she's still any good afterward will all depend on how they ultimately handle that.

I would say worth the ban. Not Op but very strong. You really need to know what to built and when to initiate while she is around. And she doesn't seems to be high risk. Just my opinion xD

If she's getting reworked I want them to turn her into an AD. and a viable top.
