So if I'm reading this right, the sated Devourer is essentially going to double stack on-hit effects.

And on Shyvana's end, her Q counts as 2 auto attacks for one animation.

Does this mean Shyvana quadra-procs on-hit effects?

I read somewhere where a rioter stated that On-hit effects = auto-attack modifiers. Meaning that Jax doesn't get 2 W procs because it modifies the next auto attack, however, it is not an on hit effect. I could be wrong, but there was a post earlier on this and they said it doesn't work like that. It will still apply on-hit though, BORK will do 16% now and even though Shy won't quadra proc, she can chain a bunch of damage with her auto>Q>Auto.

What does Jax's W have to do with Shyvana...

Shyvana's Q is specifically designed to apply on-hits twice.
