without again fixing ranged champions?

I don't ask about turn rates, i'm sure you can balance this issue without turn rates.

-Why creeps aren't punishing harass? -why ranged champions are allowed to be so fast? kennen moving at the speed of light with his E, jayce with his passive and his E, adc building a shit tons of movement speed items, and meanwhile mordekaiser has 325 base ms. -Why are ranged champions allowed to start the game with 70 AD? why are we giving them more harass with new masteries? -why melee tools like doran's shield so fucking bad?

@Repertoir, i know you already answered last year, but there is no way riot didn't change their mind after seeing the fiesta of World

3 or 5 PBE patch, and NOTHING was done to fixe the Biggest league issue right now, i can't think that assassins are giving people more troubles than that.
