Re: the Swain rework. if you have to sacrifice something, choose the lore rather than the gameplay

As a Swain main, I realise the clash between being a tactical mastermind that works behind the shadows and a beserk half-vastayan bird person that charges into the enemy head first draining his foe's lifeforce.

However, if I am to choose out of the two aspects, I would prefer the bird person draintank. If riot can somehow manage to do both then all the better.

I loved swain's playstyle when i first bought him and only decided to read the lore afterwards which I loved too but it was in that order. I didn't choose swain as my #1 because of the lore, I looked into the lore because he was my #1

If he has to become a battle mage in the Noxian army to fit the gameplay, I would prefer that over him being a tactical genius and his gameplay reflect that (unless he can be both at the same time ofc)

tldr: change lore over gameplay if a choice has to be made.

Edit: I haven't played swain in a while because, honestly, I'm a bit afraid he won't be who he once was and so been maining other champs like ww/urgot who already got their rework
