Why does he need ranged harass as well as easy last hitting in lane? He has the mobility / damage / everything else.
Q already gives you mobility into a high damage execute.
Remove damage from his initial Q cast, put a little bit more into E.

Spell Vamp is not necessary at all true, but how about making lee sin's shield better taking out the life steal & vamp. Instead make his W shield him for like 50/90/120/160/200 + 10% AD, Make his E slow and lower armor by 40 at max level, Make the ultimate on a 100 sec cd.. let his ulti do 300/500/700 + 20% ad... Make his q throw a sonic projectile that lets you see the enemy for 5 seconds and if the player activates it again let it do 300 max base dmg + 50% ad..on a 10 second cooldown.. now you may think this is unbalanced at first but in all honestly HE SUCKS A$$ late game, let him be useful

Lee Sin is a champ with a ridiculous amount of survivability in lane/jungle/team fights and mobility for chasing down champs and running away. If anything his W should has a slight tweet to it so that he can no longer target wards to escape when you have him cornered in a jungle. I play Lee Sin sometimes and I think he is just too damn strong in all his aspects.
