Proposal: Replace Crit with Lethality
What are your thoughts on this change? This would change builds heavily and popularize more items like
I made some sample items to explain what I mean. They're by no means perfect, and are kind of a draft.

With appropriate balance changes to these items, they can definitely serve to make the game less RNG based while letting ADC's deal a lot of damage. The items become less about who can crit more and about who's smarter in their item choices.
