Is anyone else getting tired of Barry Allen Jhin build?

When people started playing full attack speed Jhin and moving around super fast, I thought it was absolutely hilarious. A troll build that has less DPS output but can blink around like a madman in between slow, methodical shots was an absolute meme and a blast to play. Now with Stormrazer and Hail of Blades, this speedy boi build (albeit with less attack speed items) is basically the norm, and it's annoying. The humor has run out, now it just pisses me off.

I get why Jhin gets a small speed boost after critting or landing a W. He has to get a little boost to help reposition in between his way longer than average auto attack window. However, once he starts getting into the 500 or 600 movespeed range, it's just a bit bullshit. This is a slow and methodical sniper character whose every action is measured rather than a right clicking madman. He shouldn't be speeding towards you like an ulting Master Yi and able to dodge skillshots with ease. This goes beyond orb walking and I'm tired of it, we need to put a cap on how fast his speed boost can be after a crit.
