I need to give props to whoever reworked Veigar.

He is twice as good and twice as much fun to play as AND against.

Though I still believe there can still be some area of improvement such as making his Ultimate a skillshot aswell so he can predict enemy movement and check bushes and such.

Now, if only we could buff Riven and Yasuo. They seem really weak atm and could use some changes.

For instance, if Yasuo's Steel Tempest stacked on cast and not on hit, he could maybe become good.

Riven on the other hand, could have her 2R Windslash reset on kill so she doesn't feel as bad to play as she does now.
