So riot 3-4 patches ago gut all the tank items
And now when everyone were saying that tank items are useless and Thornmail become one of the most useless item
What riot did for that?

Oh and you remember sunfire cape? yeah it got nerfed too (BUT WAIT WE ADD 50 HP MORE) but we make it more expensive......

That's why armor values are being fiddled with. Because Whisper got a much needed kick in the nuts.

More importantly, the upgrades mainly aim to combat tanks and not as effective at increasing damage to squishies as current LW is.
