Nocturne Changes

Hello, i was reading the recent PBE notes. I would like to suggest few other areas where he could get some improvements.

1. Duskbringer projectile speed seems a bit slow, a small increase in the projectile speed will allow him to hit the target more easily. Also the animation of him casting the duskbringer produces a stop in the movement. Is it possible to remove this animation and allow him to move without stopping? (similar to jinx).
2. His E takes time to cast which makes it unreliable. What if the cast time is halved on the target hit by the duskbringer?
3. There was a PBE change on ult cd reduction if he didnt dash afterwards. This maybe op in later levels but ult could use some CD reduction. How about 140/120/100 cd?
