Because I can't find one. Duo games set up my other team mates to lane against higher mmr players just because of a duo.
Every time I duo'd, my games were WAY harder and it' bs.
I want to rank with friends too but there is no good point if it makes the climb that much harder. I can win just fine on my own but as soon as I duo I bettwr say bye to my LP unless me and my friend are REALLY good.
FHMarshy1 votesWell, the reason behind having stronger opponent is that you have the advantage in team work when you duo with your friend. In many cases, from personal experience, the communication and cooperation between two people can be more than enough to carry the team or at least get the team rolling as a unit.

If your partner is higher than you, it's a given that you'll face opponents of a higher level than you do alone. If you'd rather only face players closer to your MMR, then you'll want to queue with a friend that is closer to your own. Keep in mind that MMR and rank is not consistently the same; your friend may have a much higher MMR than is average for his rank, and you'll get even tougher opponents than you might expect.
