Team Quality

Is it just me or does it feel like whenever you play ranked your team is either afk, feeding or not even close to your own mmr. Lately I've been playing way too many games that have been over within the first 10 mins simply because my team fed so hard. I've had multiple games where i was doing contently mid and my team keep getting killed left and right. I feel like the only way to win is to have a OTP or a smurf on your team. Thats what happens on the other team when my team loses. It's always a solo carry it never seems to feel like a team game. And that would be ok if you could coordinate with your team but thats so difficult in this game, having to take your hand of of QWER to type can cost a fight. I just wanted to know if riot is against me or if other people in Silver-Gold are experiencing this.
