Is Riot going to address the no-counterplay cow?

Alistar is pretty "balanced" at the moment and could use some "help" from Riot to address his "weaknesses"

nvm i forgot i was supposed to be complaining about annie/zed/riven/yasuo

imo he needs a rework,hes got to much power in his ult alone not to mention his q and w that his mana costs and cooldowns have to be high. maybe keep either his ult pulverise or headbutt(maybe pick 2 out of 3 here) and give him rework perhaps shift him to the jungle maybe keep him support or even rework him to top laner. iirc there was a thread from an alistar main a while back saying he needed a rework badly to so i dont think im alone in this opinion

yeah i don't know why he hasn't been slated for a rework after all this time

someone has always found something about alistar that gets abused until riot has to nerf it. the w + sheen proc thing was only recently, but i remember full ap alistar guaranteeing kills at 6 before they nerfed his ap ratios

mhm, then there was the alistar top with shiv(that was a thing right or did i just get a bunch of weird ppl for no reason?), and for a while there was the level 2 jungle alistar ganks where you weren't even safe under tower. hes got so many good things in his kit he has to have his base mana and costs be stupid just for it to be barely balanced. :/
