The only issue with him that I feel is he has the Blitzcrank syndrome. He is either overly overbearing if they know what they are doing, or utter trash and may as well not exist. That I feel is poor balance since there is no middle ground. Yes it is annoying seeing how quick he can snowball but there is more common champs that do too so that isn't to big a deal. But the issue is at least most of those champs aren't useless if they don't snowball. Darius and Garen being 2 that come to my mind immediately would love to get kills or farm if they can, but if they get beaten in the game, they have a fallback plan of being tanky, Yas doesn't have that luxury.
I would personally give him a rework so that he isn't like he is. Since as it is, he is either gutter trash, or immortal, not just he is decent.

Yeah I've been looking up the ranks of all the Yasuo thread posters and they're all silver-gold. Why are silver and gold players so loud and ready to give their opinions on what's good in a game they suck at?
Its because people are pissed of that Riot refuses to come out with a legitimate and specific "We are not changing him" or "We are changing him". People will continue to flood the boards with every mention of Yasuo they can until someone with authority actually says something about it.
People have been complaining about Yasuo for months, but now with the season 6 changes he's made such an impact, especially in lower to mid ELO, that everyone has realized that he isn't a well made champion. He has no setback to his mobility, has enough of a kit to counter 70% of midlands, does not fall off, benefits so well from items, and is not an early mid or late game champion. There isn't anything really unique about him other than his ult and what people see as "big" plays. He doesn't have an identity other than pissing of gold players and below, which is something Riot came out multiple times saying that they are reworking champs to give them an "identity".
TL;DR People wouldn't complain as much if Riot addressed the subject as an issue or not, and if they would just put out some changes on the PBE to test or consider giving Yasuo an actually identity or role, rather than nerfing Skarner and leaving Fiddlesticks to go fiddle with some sticks in the corner.

just upvoting the pun. that was great. I disagree, I like the attention we are putting on a few of the REAL ISSUES.
Then it's evident that he is enough of an annoyance or threat to the game that he warrants such attention.
If he wasn't able to outscale an entire team with two items perhaps he wouldn't be in such a spotlight.
