If the "Ethic Risks" stuff in China goes as it seems right now, games that bow down to the chinese overlords, like RIOT does, will have to change alot. And jedging how RIOT clearly showed that they dont care for their western community as long as we pay money, they will for sure change the game any any their masters tell them too.

What does this mean?

  • heavy censoring in chat and forum
  • no more mentioning of homosexuals
  • rework of most female models and voicelines
  • no more rewards based on ranks

yay, cant wait till the next patch announces big VGU for all female character and introduces the new "Anti-Toxic chat"

I love when people have no clue how game development works but yet they act like they do. League being banned in china only matters to the team that works in china that is there jobs it has no effect on the game as a whole.

China has like 20 league of legend servers. The Ionian server which is a server only for diamond1 + You need to apply for it. I'd be kind of happy though if they do change Neeko. I have an aunt that thinks all men are evil and it reminds me a bit of her, but I also am homophobic. Seeing guys or girls kiss in public makes me cringe and really I can't change that. [zombie-nunu-bummed]
