Trying to rank up before the season ends?

Tip: Don't wait till the very end of the season to rank up unless you want to play with/against smurfs, makes ranking harder.

I was where i wanted to be. Made Silver this season. Stupidly decided to play with Bronze 4s and 5s not realizing because of my much higher MMR, they would be going up against B2 and B1 players who are way better and get stomped. Lost a lot and fell back down into Bronze. My MMR was so fucked it took 2 weeks just to get it normalized again. Now I only have a few days to get back to Silver.

Moral of the story. Don't play ranked close to season's end.

ehhh....That too....

Did it before though and was able to climb back to Silver. But I had plenty of time then. Season ends 4 days from now and I'm still low B1.

Tip: End season smurf gatekeeping / trolling is the problem, they create tilt for the climbers.

People wanting to get a boost and literally trying to take the game out of the hands of people who are better than them in every capacity are cancer. They lose a lot of games for legitimately skilled people. Seriously, if you're playing support just to get carried please shut the hell up and let the jungler that just snowballed every lane make the shots because you're not helping if you're not a good shot caller support main. You are bronze for a reason, shh and get your silver 5 instead of being the hero that actually fucks the entire game despite having mechanical skill superiority on the rest of your premade.

Can't wait till the last day of the season is here so I can log into my smurf and ruin people's promotion games to gold. So excited!
