Minimum mastery 4 champs in ranked

Ever play a ranked game where you get someone that has never played the champ before? Not to mention it off meta, this needs to be changed, mastery 4 or higher should be required to lock in a champ in ranked. Thats what normals are for, is to practice new champs, not in ranked games. Shit liek this ruins the competitive scene when you get a moron that has never played a mechinically challenging champ to later find out in the game they have never actually played the champ before.

So your saying that if people aren't mastery 4 or above on a champion they can't play them. I feel like what your proposing will litterally kill off every one-trick on the face of the earth can you imagine having the champ you one-trick get banned and then not be able to play another champion in that role because you not mastery 4 on him like i one-trick Shaco hard but if in the event he get picked or banned il switch to someone like Olaf or JarvanIV which i have played loads on my smurf but have both master 2 or 3 on my main so I would have to dodge every single time shaco is taken away from me.

People that only play ranked would get destroyed by this too because they won't be able to play other champs unless they do something they clearly don't wanna do (norms).

All in All i see what your saying and you want to have good teammates and all but from what i have learnt your mastery on a champion doesn't change too much because someone who first time kat may carry you and the 900 k point illoil main will go 2/12.

Maybe just limit it to the newest released champion? You have to have either 4-5 level mastery or wait until the next release champ rolls around and by then everyone with half a brain knows the champs counters, what to build, what to max etc.
