Bring back QSS cleanse on zed ult

the champ takes no skill to press R on a squishy and kill them before they can even react. It gave adc's a chance to actually play the game and made it detour a zed from using yommus R E and miss his Q for easy kills, its time to bring it back since there are no such thing as defensive runes or anything to protect you from the full lethality. or at least make buying a stop watch a repeatable thing. Not a one time use for an entire game. Something needs to be implimented so there is some way for squishies to actually survive.
