Who is the worst URF champ?

Paquay··5 votes·10,260 views

So there's like 8 bazillion posts on how X champ is OP or Y champ is busted in URF, but I'm curious who everyon thinks is the most useless champ.

Sooo, "Hasaki!" is not the theme of URF? I'm ok with that.

The only thing really reduced is his windwall. His R still needs a knockup and his Q still needs 2 hits to charge that 3rd tornado slash.

Basically, he's literally the worst URF champ because he cannot actually do anything for 90% of the time. 9% of the rest of the time, someone is using knockup skills he can leech off of via his ulti and that 1% remainder is literally cream of the crop players and luck.

Darknuckles21 votes

his q cd also depends olny on the attack speed

i played aurelion sol and it was brutal, even if you've land your Q stun your stars are still slow as shit and you can't do anything

Tahm Kench Kalista Katarina Bard Ryze Taliyah Nunu

the lowest winrates and likely candidates for most useless in the mode.

Paquay1 votes

I like how they show the ban rates for all the champs. Most useful stat in a non-bannable game mode, haha.

Also, that Fiora win rate. Yikes!

half second cd on Q with % health damage is bad now?

Neclord2 votes

One ok ability for URF makes them good compared to everyone else? The thread title asks who the worst champion is, not who a bad champion is. The bar can start high.

Tryndamere. You spin more. Congrats.

Leblancs Boob8 votes

Full AP Trynd is one of the most broken things on URF.

Yeah. I've seen this and it makes me shudder.

Wtf no tahm kench keeps you stun locked with q on urf. and he gains the one stat that he benefits from the most offensively...atk speed

Sinserta2 votes

Yas is pretty much the same. Trist is the same, just more bombs. Kench you can eat more and spam your tongue. Kindred is broke. So much kite and on hit damage. But the least broken champ in urf? Easy - Riven. [zombie-brand-mindblown] Lel

AP trist is broken

Yasuo Yasuo gains the least number of benefits overall. Everyone becomes much stronger in URF, but I think Yasuo gains the least overall. Singed is a close second, but at least he can permanently use his Q and have a permanent ultimate.

Champs that aren't really effected by cdr ig?

Very Hard Engage1 votes

Aatrox AurelionSol Kalista Mordekaiser Rumble Sion Viktor

(thought about viktor long and hard, its either E R Q is enough or it isn't, otherwise hes very divable) ((also counterbuilt around his burst and then he still dies))

all the cdr and ms in the world wont fix their problems or make them more viable.

Ralanr2 votes

I have yet to play Sion but I can see him sucking on Urf. All his abilities are too telegraphed to work in this mode.

Paquay1 votes

I've had him a couple of times and he's not terrible. But not super awesome either. If you find a good lane partner he can push the hell out of it by kicking minions every like 2 seconds.

Urf is not friendly to cast times at all.

Darius is literally urf shit solely because he still has the .75 second Q delay hanging over his shoulders.

By far one of the worst champions.

Singed

... His Q has less of a cooldown along with his goo and flip... yay, I guess?

The last time I got singed in Urf I was completely miserable. I tried to proxy, but when everyone has a dash up each second, it doesn't work, so you just walk around, useless and forgotten, sobbing uncontrollably.

deoje2991 votes

You can leave your q and ult on 100% of the time.

playing singed in any mode is a miserable experience

NEVER ENDING ULT.

warpenguin5551 votes

Yasuo because nothing changes with him. His Q cdr scales with attack speed, his windwall actually is effected, his e is already like under a second cd normally or something like that, and his ult is always up in normal modes anyways. All he gets is a perma windwall while everything else is the same

VERY hard to answer. Off the top of my head i would say Udyr Udyr wouldn't be the best choice. His abilities don't really gain much in the terms of cooldown. however the attack speed would buff him greatly though. Although i guess now that i think about it, he would be able to keep his ability specials active like turtle stance.... so he may not be that bad a chice. Shyvana Shyvana is a good choice IMO, you basically button mash your W, and Q the whole game, oh and occasionally throw out an E.

But who would be the worst is hard to answer. i would say that it would ba a champ that doesn't really benefit from the special urf buffs at all,,, but thats really hard to narrow it down.

Håppy1 votes

Having played Udyr twice in URF on the first day, I gotta say Udyr is actually REALLY busted. Due to the way Tiger stance works, you can actually nuke people as hard as they can nuke you. Only.. They can't nuke you easily. You can switch stances almost instantly, letting you drop a tiger, turtle for shield, bear to reposition and still have time to tiger again before the DoT wears off. I loathe to imagine AP Flamedyr striking you with that burst every second.

TheDrakeBlood1 votes

ok, so there we go. my first guess was wrong.

N00BKILLA1 votes

Volibear is complete garbage honestly

xNickfra1 votes

i know im late but volibear is fucking amazing

Dark Nephthys1 votes

Aatrox is definitely up there as one of the worst champions in URF imo, mainly for the fact that it'll be so hard for him to stick on people to really use his W which has no benefit in URF and with his long delay on his Q and that everyone gains free movement speed, no one would get hit by it. Also he has a hard time getting his passive to stack and work in normals, and it will probably be worse when people have so much more burst which Aatrox really doesn't have.

Maybe if you went AP Aatrox or AD-Poke where you rely on your E more than your W then you might be ok.

Sir Fuzzi1 votes

Udyr since he's really still just auto-ing and virtually every other champ in the game can just outrange and kite, or CC him til kill.

PopcornBunni1 votes

Singed Amumu Sion TwistedFate Ivern

Acheron161 votes

Rek'Sai by far.

You cant get in their faces and dump a huge load of damage. Most champions get broken mobility, while she gets a less gimped version of her E.

Not even full AP works since Riot nerfed her Q ratio to 50% only.

baetoevn1 votes

It’s clearly Kalista. She’s utterly useless in URFz 😂

Malum Turturem1 votes

Amumu is easily the worst in URF.

One toggle ability, and otherwise needs to be in meele. Nothing is good about Amumu in URF.

Beerstein1 votes

Urgot isn't too great, any that have long channel spells aren't doing that huge burst that other champions gain in the mode.

Baron Barian1 votes

I want to say Rumble. He's still limited to the heat mechanic, so he's not gonna benefit from the cooldown reduction nearly as much.

Well, not until he hits 6 I suppose.

preternatural1 votes

Yasuo because his regular gameplay is urf standard so he doesn't get stronger in urf.
