A list of things that tilt your support.

Bârd··135 votes·9,191 views
  1. When the ADC is doing shit and the support is doing alright, but you decide to lump the support in when you type "/all report this bot int feed".
  2. When we pick Taric early in the draft, so YOU think it's okay to run glass cannons in every single other position.
  3. When we go out to ward and the ADC decides that THEIR TIME IS NOW.
  4. When we are at ward cap, but we still get flamed for the dark map.
  5. When we get flamed for the dark map the moment our wards expire.
  6. When we get flamed for not being alive to peel after we sacrifice ourselves to block a Caitlyn ult.
  7. When you lastpick ADC Mordekaiser without letting us know and then complain about how "ugh you should've gone Blitz".
  8. When we pretend to not despise our carry for 25 minutes only to have mid flame them into afking.
  9. When you spam ping our Exhaust when you get caught and die out of range.
  10. When you flame your Zilean for not ulting you, the 2/12/3 Quinn mid who built full lethality against a Rammus.
  11. When you flame us for being a useless healer when refuse to walk out of the Varus E.
  12. When your Taric bonds to you, lines up a stun, and then you flash over a wall.
  13. When we get flamed for no wards 5 minutes into the game, when our trinket is on CD and we don't have a sightstone yet.
  14. When you pick Draven, Vayne, or Kalista and you aren't an exception.
  15. When you make absolutely sure to position yourselves directly behind us at all times against a Bard.
  16. When you see a Pantheon, Vi, and Fizz on the enemy team and legitimately think "Jinx should be fine, I have a Soraka after all."
  17. When someone plays Twitch for the first time in six months and walks into melee range of the Zed, not realizing how the stealth works.
  18. When our danger pings are met with "stfu", and the proceeding grey screen is met with "noob supp no vision."
  19. When you expect us to pick the support YOU want. Sorry, not all of us are willing to first time Thresh or MF in ranked.
  20. When you flame us for playing comfort picks.
  21. When you flame us for roaming.
  22. "Yo Cait upgrade trinket" "Muted".
  23. When someone doesn't like your support pick and proceeds to run it down mid.
  24. When you run out of our redemption for no particular reason.
  25. GRAB THE GODDAMN LANTERN.

Got any more?

I really think that anyone who picks a marksman character should have their loading screen tip default to "If your support has little blue blobs swirling around them, leave the cannon minion alone".

XeroKimo13 votes

Unless it's a thresh..... I tend to not trust thresh's that run relic

It Hertz When IP2 votes

Actually Thresh's Flay passive gives his players a way to efficiently proc it. Admittedly, it's a lot harder (I personally can't do it so I run Coin), but it's definitely feasible. In any case I'd recommend watching the Thresh player for a while first before passing judgment.

Supreme Senpai693 votes

What I've been doing is just AA'ing right after they do. Either they get it and we both get the gold, or their AA misses it and mine secures it. It took me a bit of practice but it saves me when I get a Thresh who really should've taken coin

woodvsmurph3 votes

Actually, that should be the tip to everyone else.. mid game mages who could get healed up from 1/3 hp before a fight happens if they didn't blow their spells to insta-clear the minion wave... etc.

  1. When they last hit the ward you're sweeping. ;n;
Xonra22 votes

I've had adcs full on flash to last hit both wards AND cannon minions I was trying to hit.

I'm fairly certain ADCS have the most fragile egos and the most selfish playstyles in the entire game.

RavenMagus16 votes

Personally, I don't mind if an ADC takes a ward that I sweep. It's gold that can go to the ADC, and if I'm purposefully letting the ADC take CS in lane, then I do not see why I wouldn't also let the ADC take ward gold too. I don't feel a special entitlement to the gold that I could be giving my ADC just because it's a ward.

That said, if they flash for it then they're just being really stupid.

It's best to just learn not to be bothered by anything.

When someone compains that I'm "0/4", purposefully ignoring the fact that I have 17 assists and a 94% Kill Participation ratio. Even more so when even one of my deaths was to save someone else.

When you flame me for "Stealing CS" when I'm proc'ing Relic Shield.

  • Not letting me use item 3302 charges. . . . EVER!

  • You have 2 charges on yellow trinket. . . . And STILL complain about vision!

  • Complaining about tanks and you have only raw AD/AP items. . . . And for some strange reason, I have to build executioner's on Janna. . . AGAIN!

  • Junglers ganking when I'm OOM or near dead and complaining when I don't do enough. . . . Or people in general that haven't figured out supports have mana costs and cooldowns.

  • Suicide diving to peel someone out; spamming the caution ping. And they turn to fight. . . . Then complain about your poor engage.

  • Being left to solo wave-clear as an enchanter or tank support. . . . Bonus points if you're also trying to stop the back-door.

  • Reveal ward. Someone else last-hits it. . . . Seriously. There's no reveal gold anymore. I'm stealing you next cannon minion. See how you like it.

  • [PENTAKILL] "Ok, time to back." . . . <Face-palm>

  • Complaining about Soraka not healing when she has 1/3 your % health already. . . . Why do people still not know how this works?

  • When I burn everything serving you a (double/triple) kill on a Challenger platter. And you farm. . . . Later: You go HAM, while everything is down.

  • You ping engage. I engage. You run away. . . .Leona Every damn time.

  • Complaining when I miss a hook/anchor/bind/etc. . . . Complaining that I don't throw enough. (A potential hook is significantly more dangerous than a missed one.)

  • Enemy team picks Blitz. . . . Tradition dictates these games I get an ADC that's minionphobic.

  • Ally attempts to 1v5. Complains I didn't follow them in. . . . Looking at you, Vayne .

  • When I'm the only source of non-slow CC on the team. . . . And tank. And engage. And peel. And magic damage. And I'm building Executioner's again.

  • Complaining about my lack of redemption and/or locket 10 minutes in. . . . Or sooner. Because item 3107 item 3190 item 2049 don't actually cost anything. (>_>)

  • You complain about my ping spamming. Then complain about lack of peel. Then call me a feeder. Then complain about vision. . . . Normally in that order.

  • Braum Almost double damage taken of any other team member. 0/1/256. 80 CS. 90% of team's warding. ...Grade: C . . . F you too, Rito.

A list of things that tilt your ADC:

  1. When the Support is doing shit and the ADC is doing alright but you decide to lump the ADC in when you type "/all report this bot int feed". ;)
  2. When the Support is going base every 2 minutes leaving the ADC 1v2 for 80% of the laning phase, and then the Support points out the ADC is behind in farm and sucks. And somehow the team agrees.
  3. When the Support goes out to ward at the wrong time, gets caught, then blame the ADC/Team for no followup.
  4. When the Support wants to make plays and fight inside a minion wave, then blames the ADC for backing away instead of suiciding with him.
  5. When the Support Exhaust's the enemy Support after they used all their abilities instead of exhausting the enemy ADC/Jungler.
  6. When Thresh players place the lantern on top of 2-3 enemy team players and expect you to be able to instantly click it.
  7. When it's an easy tower dive to execute but the full health Support is taking forever to make up his mind to hit the 20% health enemy player, regardless of the spammed pings telling him to go in. Meanwhile you just sit there thinking "hit him already or do I have to tank tower?".
  8. When Soraka players ult to get an assist off another lane even though the healing wasn't necessary. Forcing her to have one less tool incase it's needed soon after.
  9. When Thresh players miss cannon minions ALL the time, then spam ping you when you don't let them attempt taking it anymore.
  10. When I make my Support aware I'd rather farm up and engage in small trades/poke until I'm stronger yet he keeps going ham all the time.
  11. The Supports that play behind the ADC ALL the time and apply 0 pressure, allowing the enemy botlane to step forward and pressure their zone control (note: not necessarily in a bad matchup). They then blame the lane on you. Like.. damn you're not a Soraka or a Janna.
  12. Leona players that always seem to want to go deeeeeeeeeeeep and forget that an ADC might need some peel.
  13. Top and Mid losing horribly allowing the enemy team to easily camp and 4-5 man Botlane (which happens anyway to be fair).
  14. Midlaners that either don't SS, follow the roam, or pressure Tower.. DO AT LEAST ONE OF THEM.
  15. Same with toplaners that either don't follow the TP or pressure the Tower in the eventuality that they didn't use their own TP.
  16. Junglers who invade botside jungle when botlane is pushed under tower with 15 creeps. He gets collapsed on and dies, then blames the ADC and Support for not helping. I'm not losing 15 creeps and experience because they decide to invade at the wrong time.
  17. When the enemy team all rallies around their ADC, engaging, peeling, frontlining, absorbing skill shots, zoning. Meanwhile your team just chases low health targets, ignore the Hecarims and Irelia's diving on their ADC. Then say "We don't have an ADC, look at the enemy team's one, he's actually dealing damage".
  18. Supports that complain when you miss a condemn on Vayne after you've literally sat there watching them miss 10 hooks and 5 flays on Thresh.
  19. The fact that alot of the time if botlane is lost, and the ADC is behind in CS, it's always the ADC's fault. Nevermind there being actual reasons for him to be behind, when in alot of cases, botlane is won by the Support, not the ADC (obviously depends on matchups).
  20. Getting starved from farming by your own team, then blamed for the lack of CS.
  21. Teams not realising that ADCs need items to scale better and would like to farm up for a while, but they force you to run around the map like a headless chicken.
  22. Supports that don't know when to push the wave in, help me push it in, or leave it as it is. They somehow aren't capable of knowing when to do those things, even after you ping/type to them.
Truly Prideful7 votes

People forget that botlane has two parts, if either one is doing dumb shit it makes the lane impossible for the other. Not entirely sure why people think it's usually the ADC being bad, having played both roles a ton for years I'd say it's a pretty fair 50/50 split for bad players.

  4. When you get a double kill and THEN you decide to refuse to fucking push the lane
  5. When you feed a kill, leave me to 1v2 against a Lucian and a Thresh , then flame me for dying
  6. When I spoonfeed you a fucking kill and you take all the credit
  7. When I play Soraka and spend the entire laning phase babysitting your boosted ass and everyone congratulates you for carrying

hits 5 hooks in a row as the adc completely ignores you to cs while you are getting poked now from both adc and support

watches as the adc then walks in AFTER you back off and gets chunked to half and types "Noob support, hasn't hit one hook all game. Hit a hook or play a different champ" All you can do is take your hands off the keyboard and just blankly stare with no proper response to that.

I had an Ezreal complain about me missing Bard q's. So a few moments after he mentions it again, I Q to steal the Gromp he was taking, and say "Hit a Q, happy?"

He was feeding and toxic as fuck all game, but I was doing decent and the rest of the team carried his ass.

Yup. There are like three match-ups that MF makes sense into. But its never with you picking before the opponent line-up is essentially known. Otherwise you are basically handing the opposing team a free lane because MF lacks hard CC and sustain. Either of which properly utilized break that lane wide open.

  1. When you set-up a kill with your adc/jg 3v2 bot but the enemy lane beats the trade because they used all summoner spells and your adc decided to hold onto heal until 2-3 seconds after you died to use it as a speedboost instead of a heal.
  2. When you play bard, set up heal shrines for your teammates and have a teammate (or several) pick up the shrines when they're already at full health. Almost like they're playing a separate minigame, "collect the coins".

Kalista players tend to fall into 4 categories.

  1. Good Kalista players (these are rare, but are a pleasant surprise).
  2. People who played Kalista before the nerfs, and haven't touched the champion in 6 months but are thinking "she can't be THAT bad".
  3. People who saw her picked in LCS (or some youtube video) and think "OH SHIT THISS CHEMP MIUST BE OPP!!!"
  4. People who were pissed off in champ select.
