@Riot Lets talk about Kog'Maw
In this current patch Kog'Maws q attack speed was moved to his w, this lead to his w being extremely powerful giving Kog too many stats too fast, while also making his q almost useless. Kog'Maws winrate skyrocketed this patch early into the game while his winrate going later into the game stayed low, this is a problem being that Kog is a late game carry. I've played a decent amount of Kog'Maw but I'm no main, though I have some ideas that might help put him in a better spot than he was last patch while toning down his early power.

Change Kog'Maws q: The ability itself is lackluster and feels a bit weird in his kit, in all honesty late game Kog won't use his q because it puts him closer to who he is attacking. What if the attack speed was moved back to his q but the active was changed to be an auto attack enhancement that reduced his targets armor and magic res per auto stacking up to a cap, the active time would be the same as his w and wouldn't be powerful until both it and his w were maxed but would still give him a more useful ability early on.

Kogs ulti: Kog'Maws ult has felt weird ever since it was made an execute. I think that Kogs ult should be an early game scouting tool while being late game doing decent damage. Kog has no mobility, and with his w attack speed cap of 5.0 wont be moving much during a fight. I feel that kogs ult should allow him to scout out areas that would be a good position for him. I believe his ult should cost 100/75/50 based on points and do slightly more damage than it currently does base(without the execute) and have attack damage and ability scaling that goes up with points. I think his ult could also give him 10 cdr per point to round out his kit some more and give him more late game power but that's debatable
TLDR: Kogs q and ulti should be changed to feel better with his kit and give him less early game power than current but more than last patch as well as making his kit work together better
