Resolve Keystone Masteries selection bug

It is very hard to select the resolve keystone masteries, there is a bug that if you are hovering over the keystone masteries in the resolve tree its descriptor flickers between two different positions and can be hard to select making you click several times just to choose the one you want. This was a problem with the old mastery system as well but was fixed for the most part. Thank you for reading this.
