Their ulti's are basically the same

It's not just their ults. A line AoE damage skillshot. An AoE damage slow. Pre-6 CC. Literally all 4 spells were copied from Xerath. Then his passive is just Master Yi's old passive: charge it up right before a fight starts.

Honestly, he is super unimaginative, which is why I think they're trying so hard to hype him up.

OMG, for real? That's just like how Diana can has Ori's ult at level 1 and Corki can get Rumble's at level 1 too.

did you see it? corki's W is a rumble ulti at lvl 1, people who can't see this must be EXTREMELY blind

your first comparaison is straight up retarded, diana's E doesn't work on people who are next to her, it also doesn't mini-stun,but slow, they are 2 completely different cc

That's exactly how the retarded first comment sounds. Jihn's AoE slow, is a trap, nothing like Xerath's. Master Yi's old passive was actually two hits, not a Crit. A line AoE skillshot, wow really? His ult is the only thing that's similar and even then, it serves a completely different function. Retarded posts like these are like saying "Wow this orange is basically an apple."

master yi's old passive was charged on creeps and then all in, you can compare it to caitlyn's passive if you want

and his ulti does not have different function what the fuck?

Because unlike Xerath's ult, he can use it to apply some light CC so his teammates can kill whoever if he can't pick them off. If you're going to just classify it as "charge it then all in", then Annie's' Passive, Ashe's Q and Sona's Powerchord might as well be the same thing.

you got it, but i think ashe can't charge on minions can she? if she can then yea it's bullshit

Axis the Dragon1 votes

She can, actually, though now it's basically unusable at all unless you get 4 stacks

Basically unusable? Nah, it's literally unusable, you can't cast it until you have 4 :P

It seriously just looks like you skimmed the page over your friends shoulder who was on a trampoline while you were reading it.

Seriously.

Gotta love some sects of this community. When they try to do something new the community's response is: "OMG RITO SO OP SO BROKEN Y DID U THINK IT WOUDL WORK, RETARDS"

When they try to play it safe the response is:"OMG UNINSPIRED/UNORIGINAL/LACK OF CREATIVITY ARE U EVEN TRYNG RETARDS?". Hell, even Vel'koz of all champion got this accusation pre-launch.

There's just no pleasing some imbecilic morons. Good thing Riot stopped trying.

I like it. We may say it's uninspired, but the last time we got "inspiring new champion design" we were given yasuo and kalista. And we all know how much we loved those 2.

He is more like an "AD Xerath".

Both can deal burst damage from really far away, but will blow up as soon as you get close.

"zerath"

Never heard of em xD

he is actually better than Xerath.. and I main Xerath. His W range is instant instead off loading burning with you a self CC. also the mark makes it an stun. and to make it more FUN any damage puts a mark, not only Jhin (so he can even be a support). his Q is an extremely useful wave clearer, his E is an Xerath W but invisible and can remain on the field for a while and his R is even better 4 shots that are straight line rather than an small pin point barrage.

Pikmints2 votes

Their ults are similar if you water them down, but Xerath's doesn't deal damage to all minions along the way. Jhin's also can be bodyblocked by allied champs providing a different way of responding to his ult. Where Xerath can fire upon anyone within a given radius, Jhin has to make sure he aims a bit when he starts otherwise he runs the risk of not having his opponents be too far, but rather them essentially sidestepping the ability. Those are also ignoring the minor differences like the probable AD scaling and other such minor details.

And his auto's are more spell-like than anything.

I honestly don't see either of these connections at all.

ikr

He seems to me like an ad midlaner, if his aa and abilities are so slow that doesnt seem so good to me on a 2v2 + many ganks lane
