AD LeBlanc Top Viable?

The only AD Leblanc viable is ADC. Top lane not so much because most top laners are very sustainable, or have cc, in which cases makes her blow her escape early on in the fight rather than her chasing someone down. Not to mention she is squishy, and would need to build like an adc to be if at all effective.

She did work in top because almost all top laner are melee and have at most one game closer to get close to do damage. How AD Leblanc was play was she would distort away when the enemy dove her, then distort back to her landing pad and chain the enemy from a safe distance. I would think that it is still viable now, just an extremely niche pick.
