League quits every time, only at the start

Every time I play a league game, at the start of the game, around 30 secs, my league crashes, bringing me to the reconnect screen. I reconnect and this doesn't ever happen for the rest of the game, and it only started after I downloaded 6.19. I stream everything on twitch, so this may be a problem with OBS or twitch.
