Why does botlane get blamed for being 4 manned under tower?

Clearly if mid and jungle were activly doing something other than afk farming mid wouldn't have time to roam, and the enemy jungler wouldn't have such a lead...

lmfao this is EVERY FUCKING GAME IN THIS META, 8-11 minutes in the enemy team(never yours) sends 2 bot to have 4 there to take tower and your mid/jg may as well be making a hot pocket at their friends house in another country during this because they don't show up until they're half way through taking your 2nd tier bot tower

they need desperately to make towers actually do something again

It also kinda depends. I know some players like to back and then roam to bot lane while running back to lane. Because no matter what(unless mid had a huge lead in damage on mid tower) Mid and JG can not end the mid lane tower faster then 4 bot lane would with 4 bot tower. But it can also depend where the JG is as well. If they are like you said mindlessly farming JG or freezing the lane when enemy laner is missing then yea it's their fault. But if the JG was ganking top at the time it's not his fault for not being bot to help.

But yea unless you have a janna/Taric/Braum support you will not survive a 4 man dive bot unless they are stupid.
