@Riot: Is it time to look at Ryze again?

His ranked winrate on the current patch is sub 40%. Even experienced players aren't getting that much above a 50% winrate with him. If he's still a viable pick in pro play after all these nerfs, doesn't that suggest something about his mechanics needs to change to make the gap between his performance in pro vs. ranked smaller?

Ryze players want to know that their champion isn't going to be left in the dust.
