sooooo I noticed how when reksai's ult gets canceled, it goes on a 5 secondish cooldown when karthus's ult gets canceed, it goes on like 3 minute cooldown
wuts up with that? ;/ channeling ults shouldnt go on full CD if it gets interrupted imo
Hard Penetrator2 votesIts a design choice. Khart ult is one of the most powerfull ultimates in whole game so reward for cancelling it while he is alive is proportional. With that, you can ult while you are dead and no one can stop you.
Reks ult is already pretty situational and sometimes hard to use it efficiently. She need some nerfs though.

His kit gets no benefit from cooldown.
He looses in 1 v 1 with every adc in the game if they are at the same level.
He can't carry a game like 
So when you say design choice what do you mean because rito said their templet for mages is a champ that is usally beats adc

's ult - Global utility. No damage, so nothing fancy here. Just a 2nd 
's ult - Large global damage, which will results in couple of "last hitting" enemy champions.
And secondly, who the fk uses a Karthus's ult right on the enemy's face? Its like, you being all "HAA I GOTCHU AT 10% HP, NOW......gimme 3 seconds to kill you instead of using 
or Q to kill you, trolololz"
