press the attack buff.... why?

they gave a 50% buff to the damage of press the attack "BECAUSE IT ISNT PULLING ITS WEIGHT ON MELEE BRUISERS" and decided not to include a caveat that it only gets that increase on "melee" champions. so if any adc that uses press the attack is on the enemy team, expect them to kick your teeth in.

that should only affect melee champs, im now banning lucian every game because of this garbage buff
