Can we gut Yasuo so he drop off ban list and drop in pick % FOREVER

Legit this champion is either pick or ban in low elo and it's getting frustrating that either your team pick Yasuo, feed enemy to oblivion, or enemy team pick him and massacre your whole team while being incredibly toxic to your allies saying '' Ez'' etc. Or be ban because nobody like Yasuo in his current state because he bring nothing but frustration of being played and fooled arround rather than '' outplay'' your opponent. Even Akali who is relatively annoying to face , is not even close to the biased Yasuo community who claim Yasuo is a fair champion to play against, when he clearly is overpowered in many aspect, resulting in the known Meme of 'Yasuo Hate thread on forum'. So with all my will, i call for you fellow summoner to help me to make Riot understand, that favoritism doesn't help in the long terms as people ARE ANNOYED TO SEE YASUO FACEROLL. His double crit passive, his free shield, him being resourceless, his low cooldown Q and tornado being reduced by attack speed, his FREAKING BULL**** Windwall, his no CD spammable dash, his low cooldown ultimate who place him to safety when used to towerdive....Gut this champion so we can have peace of him for once...

Edit: I'm a old ADC main but i am a support main over anything. I play since season 1 and since Yasuo introduction, this game balance fell down the cliff.
