Riot you're missing the main issue with leavers and Trollers.

So another useless clean up tool has been added to the game to stop leaving / afking. Riot at some point will you ever consider that the average leaver/afker/troller is doing this kind of Act on one of their many Smurf accounts?

Honestly i love your game, its fun. But its free to play and every one and any one can have more then one account simply because its not hard to go to hotmail.com or one of the many other free email servers and make up some one time use email and then establish a new account and lvl it up again.

I Understand the concept of oh you been bad your now in slow queue for a few games, but that doesn't help when you have multiple smurfs that you can troll on. Truth be told unless you guys actually start mass IP banning or do IP Punishments to accounts that have logged in with that IP you will always have people who troll with a account into oblivion then just make another account and troll some more.

I think today after returning from a month of not playing first game bam i get a leaver/afker who just brags about how this is just there smurf account and is testing the ban system. Its like really?
