Ironically both items have very similar effects, the difference is that one is for APs and the other for ADs

That's why they chose that item to use a recolor of, like item 3508 's placeholder art based on item 3072 (back when it had a straight mana gain on hit rather than the crit thing).

In both cases, though, they got their own icons eventually.

they are temporary icons (that were already used before) as their names are temporary, they might be subjected to big changes or not added at all. so they won't bother making an icon for them until the concept is more concrete.
