@RiotFearless Quinn's balance in top lane.
This is basically just a reply to a **tweet from several days ago about Quinn's balance as a primarily non-botlane marksman.
Now before anything, I'm not saying whether Quinn is currently OP, Underpowered or Balanced.
I can acknowledge Quinn has a naturally high win-rate due to being played by primarily mains, and her kit at times being difficult to play against without double gap closers.
I'm primarily just arguing about your opinion on Quinn thriving off of un-interactive lanes.
I think it's unfair to say that Quinn is the only Top laner who does this. Literally any Duelist/High-interactive champion is going to bully their lane partner, get kills and snowball off of that. Fiora, Yasuo and Gangplank are three champions who immediately come to mind in that regard. You throw anyone against a Nasus, who literally only wants to farm for 20 minutes, and they're going to try and benefit off of that low interaction.
If the primary issue behind Quinn being considered an issue due to her status as a Ranged champion, then Gnar, Jayce and Kennen should all be included in that argument.
If the argument is about added map pressure, it's not like TP Ganks bot lane from top are unheard of, and a mid lane Talon is capable of roaming to an even better degree then Quinn.
I can't understand why Quinn is blamed for the enemy Nasus or Malphite wanting to farm for 20 minutes straight so they can get their items. Top lane is literally described as the dueling lane, so in my opinion the blame should fall onto the champions designed in a way that literally revolves around them stalling out lane until they can reach an extremely strong state due to sheer CS, Level, Item advantage. (and in Nasus's case, Stack advantage.)
