Riot can you please do something about klepto it is so broken and toxic

I think the main issue with klepto is the free gold it gives you. If you were to remove the free gold it would no longer be broken. As it is it gives the champs like and so much gold so fast for doing nothing other than procking q that they snowball out of controll so fast and can have full builds by 30 minutes while everyone else is only 2 or 3 items in.
