We Can't Nerf Ashe Just Yet
Riot has to have at least one patch cycle as a buffer to ensure as many people as possible buy PROJECT: Ashe before they implement the nerfs. According to Meddler:
"Looks like 6.17 rather than 6.16. We want to adjust a few champs at once, but won't have changes for them all ready for 6.16."
So you're telling me that Ashe has been broken for the majority of this season and you're just now getting along to nerfing her? Why did it take so long for Riot to implement nerfs for a champion who has been CLEARLY DOMINANT for such a long period of time? Why not just release the nerfs individually instead of grouping them together with other ADC balance changes?
Sure, there's nothing wrong with wanting to make a profit, but pushing back (or holding off on) these nerfs without providing an acceptable reason for the decision blatantly proves that Riot cares more about profiting off meta trends instead of providing a fair and balanced game for its players. I don't even know why I even bother anymore.
