He isnt "OP" and very prone to abilities, burst damage , and mages. 1 v 1 though I think hes probably the strongest there is.

Try 1 v 1ing vs a competent Quinn player or Vayne player [zombie-nunu-tears] [zombie-nunu-bummed]
Jetjoe1 votesI cant say much for vayne, but quinn is still manageable. In lane of course its a bit diff.
The ability to dodge basic attacks for 1-2 sec is pretty damn strong.
He has a nice gap closer with cd, so if they hop away you just walk away too. One of the problems with kiting is.. you let them kite you.
