No auto. He has ludens echo and liandrys

It was a Flash + R and thunderlords proccd.

so im assuming thats what..?

But it says ''your 3rd attack or damaging spell''

So liandrys and ludens arent included because they arent attacks.

Liandrys doesnt proc thunderlords but Ludens/Runic Echoes applies one stack. Not sure what applied the third one tho.

Event horizon?

Doesn't liandrys burn you? That alone would proc it.

I meant the cmdline code they give.

I checked Replay.GG and it says you haven't signed up.

It was extremely hard to see, but if you go frame by frame, he snuck in his Q, which together with his ultimate + Luden's, set off the requirement for TLD.

Veigar also had over 2k more gold than she did, had Void Staff, and she had no MR at all. 43 minutes in is also fairly late. And Veigar had a massive amount of AP. After checking again, Veigar hit R-Q. That + Echo gave TLD.

ehh i dont think any form of MR wouldve helped me there.

The best thing would be to zhonyas the ult

Well yes, you got hit by both his R and his Q in lategame where he had 1288 AP.

The Q didnt show up though in the damage log. i was dead from the R

Thats why im confused as to why thunderlords procd

Astôlfo2 votes

Eh, typical death recap being "accurate" again.

AcidTheWarlock1 votes

It's the damage log. The one that says you got killed by a 300 true damage flash.

That damage log.

Yes but i died before the Q landed

Astôlfo1 votes

No, the Q killed you.

Breaku2 votes

Looks like the Q hit but the damage from thunderlords went off before the damage on Q.

If anything it robbed veigar of this thunderlords CD lol

Penns1 votes

Yeah but its still supposed to be an execute.. but well, then Ill go with: "Assassins are unhealthy because they delete you if they are ahead" Kappa

Astôlfo1 votes

He hit both his R and Q in lategame where he had massive AP against a target with almost no significant health or resistances to begin with. Veigar had 1288 AP.

Penns1 votes

Still, ~700 ap wouldve been enough there. Thats why Im a bit worried about the assassin rework. More options and stuff sounds cool, but with thunderlords many mages oneshot just as hard... from 1000 units away.. with utility, cc and wave clear... rip.

Astôlfo1 votes

Difference is assassins have a lot more mobility and various options to get out of sticky situations (mobility, stealth, etc), but yeah. Wheee mage bias.

Penns1 votes

Yeah thats the thing they have, but I dont think its worth trading cc, utility, wave clear and range for that if you can just position well with a mage. At least not in this meta.

yeah i agree tbh. when you pick an assassin you immediately suffer from weaker wave clear utility cc and range.

Thats the downfall of having an assassin.

it definitly is easier for veigar to kill someone at that point with super ease and safety rather than any assassin i know.

If i had zhonyas i couldve dodged the veigar ult but eh he prob wouldnt have aimed for me if i did and wouldve went on someone else

Veigar's ult has never really been an "execute." It has always been excellent at taking someone from 100- to basically 0 in one hit late game. Riot just made his R more effective against tanks and others when at low health versus it being just click when cursor is hovering over mage as before.

Veigar's whole theme is shut him down/end the game before it is too late. That is the power of infinitely scaling AP (which they doubled down on in the mini rework).
