@Riot Why karthus' ulti is cast-able when no champion is alive ?
Just tested in a normal game your ulti is usable when no one is alive/existing in the game That doesn't make any sense tho that's like darius using his ulti on a nobody wtf

If you cast Karth Ult when everyone is dead then you deserve to waste it.
There's a better question that answers yours. Why does Karthus ult hit champions who revive AFTER he has already cast his ult. I had this happen to myself and tested on others.
isn't this broken too ? i also don't get the downvotes if it's just a question
Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't every global ulti works that way
Other global ultimates are either AoE ground cast, or have an effect regardless if enemies are alive. e.g.: Soraka heals herself, even if no allies are alive; Twisted Fate can teleport, even if his ultimate doesn't give vision on enemies; Nocturne steals vision from enemies, regardless if they're dead or alive; Gankplank, Ziggs, Ezreal, Ashe etc. are ground cast/skill shots.
Karthus' ultimate is more comparable to Katarinas and Morganas, which apply to every enemy in their range. These two can't use their ultimate if no enemy is in range. Karthus' range being global shouldn't make a difference here.
