Reporting for negative attitude

What exactly is the punishment for this? It doesn't look like an offense worth a ban.

The solution of it is to put people on mute but it doesn't exactly fix the problem. The initial thing said to force you to mute the player will still sit in your mind. And even when they are muted, you still get that feeling that they are talking about it. They can still ping the shit out of you.

I cant tell you how many times someone demoralized my team and threw everyone on tilt. Someone that sits there and says "gg" after someone on your team gives first blood. They do decent in lane but then rip on all other lanes. A lot of the time, you have done nothing wrong but that player indirectly convinces your whole team to use you as a scapegoat.

I have actually been requested to be reported because I was playing Braum and I wouldn't ult a lone Mundo because I would rather save my ult for hitting their 3 squishy champs.

What actually happens to these people? I dont understand why people feel the need to make someone on their team play like shit.
