Counterplay to spear of shojin jax?

Nothing just CC, the thing that counters just about everybody in the game you're trying to kill. But no honestly its objectively unfair and toxic.

1. you can ban Jax
2. anyone with cc or just a team of cc works fine against Jax. If he has tenacity then just have 4 champs with a lot of cc
3. ranged top laners or anyone who out scales him such as Vlad karma teemo top etc.
