Got a question for AP Kog enthusiasts

All five of you.

For the sake of argument, we'll be assuming here that Kog's %HP damage is completely losing its AP ratio. Which of the following compensation buffs would you want most?

Q AP ratio increased, cooldown decreases with skill level.

E cooldown decreases with skill level.

R gains a static AP ratio (0.5? 0.6?) rather than growing more powerful with the base damage against low health targets.

R gains smooth bonus damage scaling (2.666% bonus damage per 1% missing HP).

While I'm a pleb so this might be me under utilizing the champion, when I play ap kog It's all about the E poke and R sniping, almost entirely disregarding the AP ratio on W. Often I'll only really use the W to help last hit, as sitting still to spam AAs seems like excessive risk when I can still be super impactful with just E/R.

More Es thus sounds nice on the surface, but mana tends to be an issue for AP kog. Smooth scaling on the R on the other hand would make R chaining much more rewarding, compared to the current state where it's mostly just an execute, and avoid any frustration in situations where the target is just barely above one of the health thresholds.

Anyone who doesn't say Walrus Launcher has never played AP Kog'maw before.

If you offered me piercing Q's, I'd have taken that in a second. Honestly thou, E is kog's most consistent damage, which I prefer over ult. The rate which ult scales in mana means it isn't worth buffing.

I could see a piercing Q working ONLY if it applies its resist shred to the first target hit only. Being able to resist shred several people with that thing would be insane. The debuff is already quite strong.
