Why doesn't Blue and Red drop a relic like Herald?

Just a random idea i had:

What if the Buffs drop down a relic that the team that has slain it can pick up?

It could be picked up with a rightclick, and be picked up from over the wall.

I think this way it would be easier to give over Blue to your Mid for example.
